Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)
1 Geltungsbereich und Nutzungsbedingungen
1. Diese AGB regeln die Vertragsverhältnisse zwischen der Praise God Apparel GmbH, domiziliert an der Speerstrasse 4, 8633 Wolfhausen, Schweiz (nachfolgend „Praise God Apparel“ genannt) und ihren Kunden (nachfolgend „Kunde“ oder „Käufer“ genannt) mit den über https://praisegod.store/ (nachfolgend Website oder Onlineshop genannt) angebotenen Produkte.
- Entgegenstehende oder von diesen AGB abweichende Vertragsbedingungen des Kunden im Zusammenhang mit dem Kauf von Waren über die auf Website angebotenen Produkte werden nicht anerkannt, es sei denn, Praise God Apparel hat diesen im Einzelfall ausdrücklich und vor einem Kaufgeschäft schriftlich zugestimmt.
- Die vorliegenden Bestimmungen gelten gegenüber privaten Verbrauchern und auch gegenüber Unternehmen. Verbraucher sind natürliche Personen, welche die Bestellung zu Zwecken vornehmen, die überwiegend weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit, sondern ihren privaten Bedürfnissen zugerechnet werden und den üblichen Verbrauch nicht übersteigen.
- Praise God Apparel kann die AGB jederzeit nach eigenem Ermessen ergänzen oder ändern. Es gilt die jeweils genehmigte Fassung zum Zeitpunkt des Absendens eines verbindlichen Angebots auf der Plattform (gemäss Kap. 3 dieser AGB).
- Für die Nutzung unserer Angebote verpflichtet sich der Kunde zu wahrheitsgemässen und vollständigen Angaben im Rahmen der Bestellung. Praise God Apparel übernimmt keine Haftung für falsche Angaben des Kunden über den Internetshop der Website und beim Bestellvorgang.
2 Vertragsgegenstand
1. Praise God Apparel bietet die über die Website ersichtlichen Produkte an. Es handelt sich um die über die Website abrufbaren Kleidungsstücke.
2. Die auf der Plattform dargestellten Produktbilder und Beschreibungen dienen zur Veranschaulichung der angebotenen Verkaufsartikel. Es ist Praise God Apparel ein Anliegen, die Produkte so wahrheitsgetreu und authentisch wie möglich fotografisch abzubilden, und sprachlich korrekt zu umschreiben.
3. Die Produktbilder können aber in echt von den Bildern auf der Website abweichen und es lassen sich aus den Bildern auf der Plattform somit keine (zugesicherten) Eigenschaft ableiten.
3 Zustandekommen des Vertrages
1. Der Käufer wird über die auf der Website ersichtlichen Links/Buttons zum Warenkorb und zum Check-Out geleitet. Über die Kasse können die gewünschten Produkte kostenpflichtig bestellt werden.
2. Der Kauf von Produkten und der Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs bedingt die Annahme dieser AGB (Terms & Conditions, durch das Anklicken der entsprechenden Checkbox).
3. Für den Kauf eines Produkts im Check-Out verpflichtet sich der Kunde zwingend zur wahrheitsgemässen Wiedergabe der folgenden Angaben Name, Vorname, Lieferadresse und E-Mailadresse sowie die für den Kauf durch ihn zutreffenden Angaben des gewählten Zahlungsmittels
4. Nach Bestellung der gewünschten Produkte über den Onlineshop erhält der Kunde auf seine angegebene E-Mail-Adresse eine Bestellbestätigung von Praise God Apparel mit den relevanten Informationen. Es handelt sich um eine automatisch generierte Bestellbestätigungs-E-Mail: Diese stellt noch keine Annahme des Angebots dar, sondern dokumentiert lediglich, dass die Praise God Apparel die durch den Kunden gewünschte Bestellung erhalten hat.
5. In Ausnahmefällen (bspw. bei Produktionsproblemen) kann Praise God Apparel auch in diesem Stadium und nach Versand der Bestellbestätigung vom Verkaufsgeschäft zurücktreten, worüber sie den Käufer umgehend über die angegeben E-Mailadresse informiert und anschliessend zeitnah innert 5 Tagen seit dieser Mitteilung die Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises auslöst. Praise God Apparel behält sich für diesen Fall vor, alternativ eine preislich und qualitativ gleichwertige Ware anzubieten mit dem Ziel, einen neuen Vertrag über den Kauf der preislich und qualitativ gleichen Ware abzuschliessen: Der Abschluss eines solchen Geschäfts steht in der Entscheidungsfreiheit des Kunden.
6. Die Annahme des Angebots bzw. der Abschluss des Kaufvertrages erfolgt durch elektronische Zustellung einer separaten Auftragsbestätigung von Praise God Apparel an die angegebene E-Mailadresse des Kunden. Der Versand der Auftragsbestätigung erfolgt erst nach Zahlungseingang des Kaufpreises bei Praise God Apparel.
4 Speicherung des Vertragstextes
1. Die Praise God Apparel speichert die durch den Kunden in vorgenannter Weise abgeschickte Bestellung und die eingegebenen Bestelldaten im Rahmen des Bestellvorgangs: Es handelt sich hierbei um die Personalangaben wie Name, Wohnadresse bzw. Geschäftsadresse und Lieferadresse sowie E-Mailadresse.
5 Preise und Steuern
1. Alle Preise auf der Website verstehen sich exklusive Versandkosten. Die effektiven Versandkosten (exkl. allfällige vom Kunden zu bezahlende Zollgebühren) werden im Warenkorb vor dem Abschluss der Bestellung angezeigt.
2. Preisänderungen und Preisirrtümer bleiben vorbehalten. Praise God Apparel hat ausdrücklich das Recht, die online angegebenen Preise jederzeit unangekündigt und ohne nähere Erläuterung anzupassen. Für die Berechnung der Preise gilt der Zeitpunkt der Bestellung auf der Website.
3. Die Versandkosten werden berechnet auf Grundlage der aktuellen Preise der Post auf: http://www.post.ch/ oder der aktuellen Preise von DHL auf: https://www.dhl.com/ch-de/home.html. Die Wahl des Versandpartners im Einzelfall liegt im freien Ermessen der Praise God Apparel. Hinzu kommen Kosten für die Verpackung.
6 Zahlungs- und Versandbedingungen
- Die Kaufware ist im Voraus per Kreditkarte (VISA, MasterCard oder weitere auf der Website zur Wahl stehende Anbieter) oder via Pay Pal durch den Kunden im Rahmen des Bestellprozesses zu bezahlen. Bei Zahlung per Paypal wird der Kunde direkt aus dem Bestellvorgang auf die entsprechenden Zahlungsseiten der Drittanbieter geleitet und die Zahlung wird unmittelbar vorgenommen: Damit eingehend können zwischen dem Kunden und dem Drittanbieter von Praise God Apparel unabhängige AGB im Zusammenhang mit Zahlung anwendbar werden.
2. Der Versand erfolgt in jedem Fall erst nach Zahlungseingang bei Praise God Apparel.
3. Das Angebot auf der Website von Praise God Apparel richtet sich an Personen mit Wohnsitz in die Schweiz. Die Lieferung an Adressen im Ausland ist möglich, es besteht jedoch kein Anspruch auf Lieferung ins Ausland und Praise God Apparel behält sich vor die Lieferung an Adressen im Ausland zu verweigern.
4. Sollten bei Lieferung ins Ausland Zollgebühren anfallen, so sind diese vom Kunden zu tragen und werden von der Praise God Apparel nicht übernommen. Praise God Apparel hat ihren Sitz in der Schweiz und alle Bestellungen werden von der Schweiz aus versandt. Folglich fallen bei einem Kauf ausserhalb der Schweiz mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit Einfuhrsteuern, Zölle oder andere Gebühren an, die von den Behörden des jeweiligen Landes erhoben werden. Auch bei der Rücksendung von Artikeln, die von ausserhalb der Schweiz zurückgesendet werden, können Zollgebühren und Steuern anfallen. Diese Kosten liegen in der Verantwortung des Käufers und werden nicht von Praise God Apparel übernommen. Die Kunden sind selbst verantwortlich, sich vor der Bestellung über die in ihrem Land geltenden Bestimmungen zu informieren.
5. Die Lieferung der Kaufware erfolgt mit schweizerischem Postversand oder über DHL. Der Versand erfolgt in jedem Fall ausschliesslich nach Zahlungseingang bei Praise God Apparel sowie auf Gefahr des Kunden: Die Gefahrtragung geht mir der Übergabe der Kaufwaren an die Versandanbieterin auf den Kunden über.
7 Versanddauer
1. Praise God Apparel ist bestrebt, die Produkte so schnell wie möglich zu liefern. Die im Bestellvorgang ausgewiesene Versanddauer gilt als Richtwert ohne Verbindlichkeit. Es kann im Einzelfall zu Verzögerungen kommen.
8 Gewährleistung und Haftung
1. Für Mängel an der Kaufware gelten – vorbehältlich einer abweichenden schriftlichen Abrede zwischen den Parteien und der vorgängigen Zustimmung von Praise God Apparel- das schweizerische Kaufvertragsrecht (Art. 184 und 197 ff. OR). Betreffend den kaufvertraglichen Gewährleistungsrechten gelten die die nachstehenden Bedingungen und Fristen gemäss Ziff. 2 ff. dieses Kapitels.
2. Die Gewährleistungsfrist (Garantiefrist) für die Geltendmachung von Mängeln an der Kaufsache beträgt sowohl für Privatpersonen als auch Unternehmer bzw. Unternehmen maximal 14 Tage seit Erhalt des Produktes (Erhalt der Lieferung) durch den Kunden (dies beinhaltet auch versteckte Mängel). Innerhalb dieser Frist muss eine Mängelrüge unverzüglich nach Entdeckung des Mangels erfolgen. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist sind jegliche Gewährleistungsrechte verwirkt.
3. Mängel am gekauften Produkt, die innerhalb der vorgenannten Gewährleistungsfrist (Garantiefrist) entdeckt werden, sind Praise God Apparel umgehend nach deren Entdeckung anzuzeigen (rechtzeitige Mängelrüge, spätestens innert 2 Tagen nach Entdeckung, und innert der Gewährleistungsfrist von 14 Tagen). Dabei verpflichtet sich der Kunde, Praise God Apparel über die E-Mailadresse info@praisegod.store eine schriftliche Begründung des vorliegenden Mangels sowie eine fotografische Wiedergabe des mangelhaften Zustandes und der Mängel zukommen zu lassen.
4. Nach Prüfung des vermeintlich mangelhaften Produktes (basierend auf der Mängelrüge gemäss vorstehendem Kap. 8 Ziff. 3) und nach Bestätigung der Mangelhaftigkeit durch Praise God Apparel (Bestätigung an die angegebene E-Mail des Kunden) wird dem Kunden ein der Gattung nach gleiches sowie neues und mangelfreies Produkt geliefert. Diesfalls übernimmt Praise God Apparel den Versand für die Ersatzware an den Kunden. Die mangelhafte Originalware ist auf Kosten von Praise God Apparel an den Geschäftssitz von Praise God Apparel (vgl. Adresse gemäss Kap. 1 Ziff. 1) zu retournieren, sofern Praise God Apparel dem Kunden nicht einen Verzicht auf die Retournierung anzeigt.
5. Gemäss der vorstehenden Ziff. 4 hat der Kunde das Recht auf einen Umtausch einer mangelhaften und durch Praise God Apparel anerkannt mangelhaften Kaufware mit einer mangelfreien Kaufware aus dem Onlineshop von Praise God Apparel. Alternativ und auf Wunsch des Kunden kann Praise God Apparel diesem im Umfang des ursprünglichen Warenwertes (bezahlter Kaufpreis des mangelhaften Produkts) einen Gutschein für andere Produkte auf der Website ausstellen.
6. Jegliche Gewährleistung entfällt bzw. gar nicht unter einen Gewährleistungsfall fällt, wenn seitens des Kunden folgende Beanstandungen gemacht werden:
a. Schäden und Funktionsmängel an den Produkten, die durch Unfälle, unsachgemässe oder missbräuchliche Benutzung (Schnitte, Risse, Verunreinigungen, unnatürliche Gerüche, Verfärbungen usw.), Verbeugen der Struktur, Aufbewahrung in nicht dafür vorgesehenen chemischen Substanzen sowie/oder durch Veränderungen, Reparaturen oder Eingriffe durch Personen, die hierzu nicht die erforderlichen und nachweisbaren beruflichen Qualifikationen besitzen, entstanden sind.
b. Folgen der normalen Abnutzung oder Alterung der Ware.
c. Jegliche Haftung für Dritt- bzw. Folgeschäden sowie für einen Verlust des gekauften Produktes ist ausgeschlossen. Praise God Apparel haftet nicht für grob fahrlässig verursachte Schäden.
7. Praise God Apparel ist nicht verantwortlich für die fehlerfreie und/oder ständig verfügbare Datenkommunikation über das Internet, auch nicht für die fehlerfreie und ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit des Online-Shops. Für während eines Bestellvorgangs auftretende technische und/oder elektronische Fehler ist sie nicht haftbar.
9 Widerrufsrecht und Rücksendungen
1. Der Kunde hat ein Widerrufsrecht während 14 Tagen ab Erhalt des Produkts und Praise God Apparel akzeptiert Rücksendungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt des Produkts. Ausschlaggebend für die Wahrung Widerrufs- und Rücksendefrist ist der Eingang des Rücksendeantrags bei Praise God Apparel. Der Kunde ist für die Zahlung seiner eigenen Versandkosten für die Rücksendung der Ware verantwortlich. Die Versandkosten werden nicht erstattet. Wenn Sie eine Rückerstattung erhalten, werden allfällig von Praise God Apparel getragene Versandkosten von der Rückerstattung abgezogen.
2. Bei der Rückerstattung hat der Kunde wie folgt vorzugehen:

a. Der Artikel befindet sich im Originalzustand mit allen Etiketten etc.
b. Der Artikel ist ungetragen sowie ungewaschen
c. Der Rücksendeantrag erfolgt innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware

Schritt 3: Sobald wir Ihre Rücksendung erhalten haben, werden wir diese innerhalb von 14 Tagen bearbeiten. Der Rechnungsbetrag wird Ihnen auf das gleiche Zahlungsmittel zurückerstattet, mit dem die Bestellung aufgegeben wurde.
10 Datenschutz
1. Es wird auf die separate Datenschutzerklärung auf der Website verwiesen.
11 Urheberrechte
1. An sämtlichen auf der vorgenannten Internetplattform dargestellten Bildmotiven über die Verkaufsprodukte hat entweder Praise God Apparel Urheberrechte oder die Urheberrechte liegen bei den auf der Website ausgewiesenen Urhebern. Eine Verwendung dieser Werke durch Dritte darf einzig mit der schriftlichen Zustimmung von Praise God Apparel erfolgen.
12 Schlussbestimmungen
1. Für sämtliche Geschäfte im Zusammenhang mit den vorliegenden Geschäftsbedingungen gilt ausschliesslich schweizerisches Recht unter Ausschluss des Übereinkommens der Vereinten Nationen über Verträge über den internationalen Warenkauf (CISG).
2. Gerichtsstand für Streitigkeiten aus dem vorliegenden Vertragsverhältnis – vorbehältlich abweichender zwingender Gerichtsstände – sind die am Geschäftssitz von Praise God Apparel zuständigen Gerichte in der Schweiz, nämlich in Wolfhausen.
3. Sollten eine oder mehrere Klauseln dieser Geschäftsbedingungen ganz oder teilweise unwirksam sein, so ist hierdurch die Gültigkeit der übrigen Vertragsbestimmungen nicht berührt und diese Vertragsteile bleiben gültig. Die einzelne unwirksame oder nichtige Bestimmung ist diesfalls durch eine neue, gesetzlich zulässige Bestimmung zu ersetzen, die in ihrer wirtschaftlichen Auswirkung der unwirksamen oder nichtigen Bestimmung möglichst nahekommt. Sollte eine unwirksame Vertragsklausel nicht nachträglich korrigiert werden, tritt an ihre Stelle sinngemäss eine einschlägige gesetzliche Bestimmung.
4. Einzig die deutsche Fassung dieser Geschäftsbedingungen ist verbindlich. Bei der englischen Fassung handelt es sich um eine Übersetzung zu informativen Zwecken ohne jegliche Rechtskraft.

Only the German version of these terms and conditions is binding. The English version is a translation for information purposes without any legal force.
1 Scope of application and terms of use
1 These GTC govern the contractual relationship between Praise God Apparel GmbH, domiciled at Speerstrasse 4, 8633 Wolfhausen, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “Praise God Apparel”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “Buyer”) with the products offered via https://praisegodshop.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “Website” or “Online Shop”).
2. Conflicting or deviating contractual terms and conditions of the customer in connection with the purchase of goods via the products offered on the website are not recognized, unless Praise God Apparel has expressly agreed to them in writing in individual cases and prior to a purchase transaction.
3. These provisions apply to private consumers and also to companies. Consumers are natural persons who place an order for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity, but are attributed to their private needs and do not exceed normal consumption.
4. Praise God Apparel may amend or change the GTC at any time at its own discretion. The version approved at the time of submitting a binding offer on the platform shall apply (in accordance with section 3 of these GTC).
5. For the use of our offers, the customer undertakes to provide truthful and complete information in the context of the order. Praise God Apparel accepts no liability for incorrect information provided by the customer via the Internet store on the website and during the ordering process.
2 Subject matter of the contract
1 Praise God Apparel offers the products shown on the website. These are the garments that can be accessed via the website.
2. The product images and descriptions displayed on the platform serve to illustrate the items on sale. Praise God Apparel endeavors to photographically depict the products as truthfully and authentically as possible and to describe them correctly.
3. However, the product images may differ in real life from the images on the website and therefore no (guaranteed) properties can be derived from the images on the platform.
3 Conclusion of the contract
1. The buyer is directed to the shopping cart and checkout via the links/buttons visible on the website. The desired products can be ordered for a fee via the checkout.
2. The purchase of products and the completion of the order process requires the acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (by clicking on the corresponding checkbox).
3. For the purchase of a product in the check-out, the customer undertakes to provide the following information truthfully: surname, first name, delivery address and e-mail address as well as the details of the selected means of payment applicable to the purchase by the customer
4. After ordering the desired products via the online store, the customer will receive an order confirmation from Praise God Apparel with the relevant information to the e-mail address provided. This is an automatically generated order confirmation e-mail: This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely documents that Praise God Apparel has received the order requested by the customer.
5. In exceptional cases (e.g. production problems) Praise God Apparel may also withdraw from the sales transaction at this stage and after sending the order confirmation, in which case it will inform the buyer immediately via the e-mail address provided and then promptly initiate repayment of the purchase price within 5 days of this notification. In this case, Praise God Apparel reserves the right to alternatively offer goods of equivalent price and quality with the aim of concluding a new contract for the purchase of goods of the same price and quality: The conclusion of such a transaction is at the customer's discretion.
6. The acceptance of the offer or the conclusion of the purchase contract takes place by electronic delivery of a separate order confirmation from Praise God Apparel to the customer's specified e-mail address. The order confirmation will only be sent after receipt of payment of the purchase price by Praise God Apparel.
4 Storage of the contract text
1. Praise God Apparel stores the order sent by the customer in the aforementioned manner and the order data entered as part of the ordering process: This involves personal details such as name, residential address or business address and delivery address as well as e-mail address.
5 Prices and taxes
1. All prices on the website are exclusive of shipping costs. The actual shipping costs (excluding any customs duties to be paid by the customer) are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
2. Price changes and price errors are reserved. Praise God Apparel expressly reserves the right to adjust the prices stated online at any time without prior notice and without further explanation. For the calculation of prices, the time of the order on the website applies.
3. The shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the current prices of Swiss Post at: http://www.post.ch/ or the current prices of DHL at: https://www.dhl.com/ch-de/home.html. The choice of shipping partner in individual cases is at the discretion of Praise God Apparel. Costs for packaging will be added.
6 Payment and shipping conditions
1. The purchased goods must be paid for in advance by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or other providers available on the website) or via Pay Pal by the customer as part of the ordering process. When paying by PayPal, the customer will be redirected directly from the order process to the corresponding payment pages of the third-party provider and the payment will be made immediately: In this case, independent terms and conditions may apply between the customer and the third-party provider of Praise God Apparel in connection with payment.
2. The dispatch takes place in any case only after receipt of payment by Praise God Apparel.
3. The offer on the Praise God Apparel website is aimed at persons resident in Switzerland. Delivery to addresses abroad is possible, but there is no entitlement to delivery abroad and Praise God Apparel reserves the right to refuse delivery to addresses abroad.
4. If customs duties are incurred for deliveries abroad, these are to be borne by the customer and are not borne by Praise God Apparel. Praise God Apparel is based in Switzerland and all orders are shipped from Switzerland. Consequently, purchases made outside Switzerland are likely to incur import taxes, customs duties or other charges levied by the authorities of the country in question. Customs duties and taxes may also be incurred when returning items from outside Switzerland. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Praise God Apparel. Customers are responsible for informing themselves about the regulations applicable in their country before placing an order.
5. The delivery of the purchased goods is carried out by Swiss Post or DHL. In any case, shipment is made exclusively after receipt of payment by Praise God Apparel and at the customer's risk: The risk is transferred to the customer when the purchased goods are handed over to the shipping provider.
7 Delivery time
1. Praise God Apparel endeavors to deliver the products as quickly as possible. The delivery time stated in the order process is a guideline without obligation. Delays may occur in individual cases.
8 Warranty and liability
1. Subject to a deviating written agreement between the parties and the prior consent of Praise God Apparel, the Swiss sales contract law (Art. 184 and 197 ff. OR) shall apply to defects in the purchased goods. With regard to the warranty rights under the sales contract, the following conditions and deadlines apply in accordance with section 2 ff. of this chapter.
2. The warranty period (guarantee period) for the assertion of defects in the purchased item for both private individuals and entrepreneurs or companies is a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the product (receipt of delivery) by the customer (this also includes hidden defects). Within this period, a complaint must be made immediately after the defect is discovered. After expiry of this period, all warranty rights are forfeited.
3. Defects in the purchased product that are discovered within the aforementioned warranty period (guarantee period) must be reported to Praise God Apparel immediately after their discovery (timely notification of defects, at the latest within 2 days of discovery, and within the warranty period of 14 days). The customer undertakes to send Praise God Apparel a written explanation of the defect in question and a photographic reproduction of the defective condition and defects via the e-mail address info@praisegod.store. 4.
4. After examination of the allegedly defective product (based on the notice of defect in accordance with Section 8, Clause 3 above) and after confirmation of the defectiveness by Praise God Apparel (confirmation to the customer's specified e-mail), the customer will be supplied with a new and defect-free product of the same type. In this case, Praise God Apparel will be responsible for shipping the replacement product to the customer. The defective original goods must be returned to the registered office of Praise God Apparel (see address in accordance with Section 1, Clause 1) at the expense of Praise God Apparel, unless Praise God Apparel notifies the customer that it waives the right to return the goods.
5. In accordance with clause 4 above, the customer has the right to exchange a defective product recognized by Praise God Apparel with a defect-free product from the Praise God Apparel online store. Alternatively and at the customer's request, Praise God Apparel can issue the customer with a voucher for other products on the website to the extent of the original value of the goods (purchase price paid for the defective product).
6. Any warranty does not apply or is not covered by a warranty claim if the customer makes the following complaints:
a. Damage and functional defects to the products caused by accidents, improper or abusive use (cuts, cracks, soiling, unnatural odors, discoloration, etc.), bending of the structure, storage in chemical substances not intended for this purpose and/or alterations, repairs or interventions by persons who do not have the necessary and verifiable professional qualifications.
b. Consequences of normal wear and tear or ageing of the goods.
c. Any liability for third party or consequential damages as well as for loss of the purchased product is excluded. Praise God Apparel is not liable for damages caused by gross negligence.
7. Praise God Apparel is not responsible for error-free and/or constantly available data communication via the Internet, nor for the error-free and uninterrupted availability of the online store. It is not liable for technical and/or electronic errors occurring during an order process.
9 Right of withdrawal and returns
1. The customer has a right of withdrawal for 14 days from receipt of the product and Praise God Apparel accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of the product. The receipt of the return request by Praise God Apparel is decisive for compliance with the withdrawal and return period. The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid by Praise God Apparel will be deducted from the refund.
2. The customer must proceed as follows for the refund:

b. The item is unworn and unwashed
c. The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods

Step 3: Once we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days. The invoice amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.

1. Either Praise God Apparel has copyrights to all images of the sales products displayed on the aforementioned Internet platform or the copyrights are held by the authors identified on the website. These works may only be used by third parties with the written consent of Praise God Apparel.
12 Final provisions
1. All transactions in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
2. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from the present contractual relationship - subject to deviating mandatory places of jurisdiction - shall be the competent courts in Switzerland at the registered office of Praise God Apparel, namely in Wolfhausen.
3. Should one or more clauses of these terms and conditions be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining contractual provisions and these parts of the contract shall remain valid. In this case, the individual invalid or void provision shall be replaced by a new, legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic effect of the invalid or void provision. If an invalid contractual clause is not subsequently corrected, it shall be replaced by a relevant statutory provision.
